He is a board member of the Young Agents Council of the Kansas Association of Independent Agents. Ross believes in giving back to the community and does so through his involvement in: the Chanute Chamber of Commerce, Kansas Day Club Board, Leadership Kansas Board of Trustees, Zion Lutheran Church, Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh’s Campaign for Kansas Governor, Chanute U.S.D. #413 Board of Education Member, Neosho Co. Chairperson for U.S. Senator Pat Roberts and as Nu Province President for Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity. Ross likes spending time at his family’s ranch in the Flint Hills and enjoys the challenges presented by the ever-changing insurance industry and his golf game. More especially, he and his wife, Amy, enjoy the challenges and rewards of raising two active boys, Jack and Max.

Ross
T. Hendrickson has been involved in the insurance industry
since 1995. He worked in compliance for AmerUs Annuity Group (now
Aviva)
and has been a life insurance agent for New York Life since 2003.
In 2006, Ross joined his father-in-law, Dave Robinson, as an independent
agent for McCune-Robinson, Inc. Ross received a BBA in 1993 and MBA
in 1997 from Washburn University. He attended the National Alliance
for Insurance Education Producer School in California in 2007 and
is
currently working on his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and
LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designations.
